Shemeka Sumrall: Born and bred in Iowa, I have always oozed positivity, joy and an affinity for writing. I’m a supply chain training manager and writer. I am living with hypothyroidism and hope my experiences, stories and those of others integrated within my blog will help educate others on this disease.
