NOLA
New Orleans is a city that shares its energy with you, feeds you and leaves you wanting more. I always flip through my favorite travel guides by Lonely Planet before and during my travels. For this trip, I got an amazing list of places to go eat from my friend/neighbor, who is from NOLA, in addition to a few choice picks from lp. I love them! If you have the time, go get lost in this city, eat some fresh seafood and try a Grenade. ;-)
Sweet November
Hey hey hey!
I've been traveling a lot this month, and I must say, seeing some of my best friends, one of which is one of the oldest best friends I have, has been great for my soul!<3
I vacationed in New Orleans, Atlanta and Reno. New Orleans is a great city, rich with history, culture, and a dynamic party scene. The people there are so warm and friendly. I could have extended my stay if I had the time!
Atlanta is one one of my favorite places to go. I love the food and the southern hospitality, so cliche, but so relevant!
Reno! It was my first time flying to Reno, and I really enjoyed my visit, the mountains, snow, rain and overall scene. I'm convinced I need to an Airstream trailer for travels and extend my next trip. Hahaha! #renoenvy
I'll be sharing more pics!
Cheers and warm winter wishes,
Shemeka

The Zoo
Saturday I went to Niabi Zoo with my niece and her Ps. It was fun, a gorgeous day and the animals were on their bestest behavior! Heehee.
Happy Tursday!

Please join me, share dialogue and tune in to my comments, questions and general presence. Helle has collaborated with our friends at ThyroidChange and a Hypothyroid Mom, to name a few.
Helle, thank you for the invite, and your book!
Enjoy!

Me...Joyride
Happy Sunday, everyone. One of my sisters just commented on my brows...my faint hypothyroid brows. I'm simply feeling blessed.
