January is Thyroid Awareness Month. Just a quick note and reminder for all. Daily those who suffer from thyroid conditions live their lives, and may look like rockstars while feeling like a hot mess on the inside. Be mindful, love and be kind. Most importantly, if you suffer from a thyroid health condition, love yourself, and remember it’s okay to push that reset button. #justmeeks #raiseawareness

Love your blog! I was borderline hypothyroidism and started taking iodine supplements just a few weeks ago and have already felt such a huge difference in my metabolism and energy levels! I found my supplements through Cedar Bear (https://www.cedarbear.com)

I am pecto vegetarian, but recently started having a fatty liver and diagnosed with hypothyroidism, should I start eating meat again?
ReplyDeleteWould love any and all resources! Had hyperthyroidism, opted for surgery to remove the right lobe. It came back positive for Follicular cancer so I had my left lobe removed. It was all pretty quick and I wasn't prepared fora total thyroid removal. Aaaaaahhhh! Hahaha
ReplyDeleteIt’s a wonderful idea to conduct an awareness month on thyroid disease which is a gland that sits low on the front of the neck. I observed how we can behave while suffering with this disease like love yourself and remember it’s ok etc. This is very useful blog. Along with this article I always recommended Springdale clinic to get instruction on mental health issues.
